1. How do I place an order on shopyy?

Simply browse your favorite products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout by entering your details and selecting your preferred payment method.

2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.

3. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don't find it, contact us at support@shopyy.in.


Shipping & Delivery FAQs

4. How long does shipping take?

We typically deliver within:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 days

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Pay at Your Doorstep (COD) in most locations. COD availability depends on your pin code.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package.

7. Why is my order delayed?

Delays may happen due to weather, courier issues, or high demand. We always try our best to deliver as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

10. What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day return or replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

11. How do I request a return?

Simply contact us at support@shopyy.in with your order ID and reason. Our team will assist you.

12. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds usually take 3–7 working days after the returned product is inspected.

13. What if the product I received is damaged?

We will offer a free replacement or refund. Please share unboxing or damage proof within 24 hours of delivery.

14. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on most orders. However, some products may have a small delivery charge depending on location.

15. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India.

16. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences easily.
